As soon as your gift is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can stay connected with your gift's journey. Our fulfillment team will also keep an eye on your gift to make sure it's delivered on time.

We can do that! As you place your order, you will see an option to enter a later shipping date. Your order will be held until this date, and you will receive a shipping notification when it ships!

No worries! We'd NEVER reveal the prices of your gifts (bad gifting etiquette). 

In a Signature Ames & Oates keepsake box (gray or black, depending on the size), wrapped to perfection using premium, sustainable packing materials, and always a hand tied bow. If you included a gift message, this will be hand-written, adding that extra personal touch.

It most certainly is. Please add your gift note in the "Gift Note" field, located on product pages and we will handwrite your sentiment and include it with your gift.
